Compile over USB

Because some new laptops have no RS232 port you may want to obtain a USB to RS232 converter cable US232 (FT8U232AM Rev  2 Evaluation Kit) made by FTDI Ltd. It comes complete with WIn98, Win2k and WinXPdrivers. We have successfully tested this product.

Using TDS-PC for Windows you can talk to TDS2020F or TDS9092 embedded computers through the PC's USB port. What's more, compilation through the USB port is a breeze, including at 38,400 baud — the limit for the TDS2020F's serial port 1.
