size is 61 x 51 x 24mm, with the case forming an isolation
barrier

modular jack socket and line cord provide connection to the
telephone line

inactivity the modem can be set to enter a sleep mode where
it consumes just 3µA, making it especially suitable for

Ideal for use with TDS2020F
Although any modem (including GSM) can be used with the TDS2020F embedded
computer, small size and low power consumption make the COM24 ideal.
Interfacing is simple - 4 wires provide the COM24 with serial data
and power direct from the TDS2020F. Library file #MODEM.TDS
offers a collection of routines for establishing communication
with the modem, dialling a number presented as a string and termination
of the call. No special software is required for receiving data
from the modem.
