Schottky diode BYV10-20

 

A general-purpose Schottky diode. In TDS2020F and TDS9092 applications these will be needed for

  • interfacing keypads

  • protection against overvoltages on inputs

These diodes have low switching losses, low forward voltage, fast recovery time. The maximum reverse voltage is 20V and the maximum current is 1A.
